A few simple rules keep partner pricing for the businesses it's meant for.

For reselling, not internal use

The program is for businesses that serve separate client businesses. Your own team gets 5 seats for demos and support; beyond that, your internal use is on standard SealProof plans.

Real clients

At least 3 unrelated client businesses within 90 days of launch. Each client is its own team, and we review new client teams before they go live.

Large clients come to us

Any client with more than 50 users is priced by SealProof directly, and you earn a 20% referral fee on what they pay in their first year.

Same limits as everyone

Partner users have the same fair-use limits as our standard plans. Partnering is a way to sell SealProof, not a way around its limits.

What does it cost to start?

The partner platform fee plus the users you add. A one-time setup fee of $500 to $1,000 covers your domain, email and branding if you'd like us to do it all. Final pricing is confirmed in your partner agreement before you commit to anything.

Who are my clients' customers dealing with?

You. Signing pages and emails carry your brand and domain. SealProof stays in the background, apart from a small note on the proof that lets anyone verify a sealed document independently.

What do I charge my clients?

Whatever you like. Partners typically resell at $25 to $40 per user, often bundled with their other services.

Who supports my clients?

You handle your clients day to day, and we support you. If something's wrong with the platform, we fix it.

Can you read my clients' documents?

No. Documents are encrypted on the device before they reach us, the same as on SealProof. See how it works.

What if a partner leaves?

Your clients keep their documents and sealed records. We'll work with you to move them to their own SealProof accounts or wherever they need to go.

Can my company become a partner just to get lower prices for our own staff?

No. Wholesale pricing applies to the clients you resell to. Your own team gets 5 seats for demos and support; anything beyond that is on standard plans. The partner agreement covers this, and we review each new client team.

What about very large clients?

Clients with more than 50 users are priced by SealProof directly, so they get volume pricing and the right support. You still earn a 20% referral fee on their first year.

Can I resell to healthcare providers?

Not for anything that needs a HIPAA business associate agreement. SealProof doesn't sign BAAs, on any plan.
